Scope

By using softlanceo.com you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site. Nothing here creates a client relationship; engagements are governed by a separate agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees, intellectual property and liability.

What this site is

This site describes services we offer. Descriptions of our approach, phases and indicative durations are illustrative — they explain how we typically work, and they are not an offer, a quote or a commitment to any particular timeline or price. Anything binding is set out in a signed agreement.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information about software and cloud engineering. It is not technical, security, legal or financial advice for your situation, and you should not act on it without a proper assessment of your own systems. We are happy to carry out that assessment; that is what an engagement is.

Contacting us

When you submit the contact form or email us, please send only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Do not send credentials, access keys, personal data belonging to your customers, or anything covered by an obligation of confidentiality you have to someone else. Information you send before a signed agreement is in place is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, but it is not covered by the confidentiality terms of an engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this site belong to Softlanceo. You may read, quote and link to it. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it to present as your own.

AWS and Amazon Web Services are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Softlanceo is an independent provider of consulting and engineering services and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services.
